Studio7 is available to Rent for your next meeting, gathering or event:
This room is for a medium sized gathering, like bible studies, book clubs, and other meetings; as well as baby showers, birthday parties, retirement parties, etc. Holds 24 persons regularly, with the ability to hold up to 45.
Pricing is dependent on the purpose of event, the hours needed, and the amount of people. For small events, we wouldn't move the drumset and such out. The larger event/need, we would make room for more tables.
This is an active art studio, so advance scheduling is necessary.
Availability, dependent on class schedule: Sundays, from 1pm until 9pm.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9am until 9pm.
Fridays and Saturdays: 9am until 11pm.
Deposit of $50 to hold date, and will be refundable the next business day after event is held, if conditions are met.
Rental fees are per hour, including the prep, and clean-up after event. So please make sure you are aware of this when scheduling. Minimum 2hour rental. (one hour will be prep and clean up)
Daytime, weekday, classroom use, and boutique will be open to public:
#1-10 person $35 first hour, $25 each additional hour.
#11-28 person $40 first hour, $30 each additional hour.
#29-40 person, add an event fee of $25. (to rearrange the room, to add more tables and chairs).
Private Party Use, during evenings/weekends: Hour #1: $60. Each additional hour: $35. (curtains to the party room can be closed, but customers can still shop boutique)
If boutique is to be closed for the private event, then an extra $40 per hour of regularly scheduled open hours, will be charged.
Security: There will be an employee on site during rental. Additionally, door security may be needed (alcohol event, etc), and will be $20 each hour; in addition to the rental prices above. This is to ensure the limitation of guests/invited list/age. In addition, there is a store, so that the safety of the products is protected.
Payment is due at beginning of rental, and cash is accepted of course, as well as card (thru the square payment system.) Credit Card information needed, and will be billed, if there are damages, or extra time used.
Deposit will be returned electronically, or by cash within 24 hours, or by check at end of rental; If the venue is as it was, chairs, tables, etc. returned back to position, trash removed from premises, and site cleaned (cleaning materials available), including any dishes.
You are welcome to bring in refreshments; refrigerator available upon request;
