Deposits for private events and for 'renting' the venue- see below for required amounts. (the additional details would be available at other sources.)
Details might be different, depending on event, but here's a basic formula:
Room/venue rental: $50 (see venue agreement)(non refundable with less than 72hours notice)
Kids parties, up to 15 participants, $50. Additional participants, will require additional deposit of $50. non-refundable, but credit of 50%given towards future event, if 48 hours notice given.
Adult parties, $50 deposit, same refund policy as kids parties.
Classes, student events: if directed, use the amount quoted. (usually $25).
